This is a relaxed, informal conversation lasting around 15 minutes. It gives you space to share a little about what’s bringing you to counselling, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how I work. It’s also an opportunity for you to notice whether working together feels right for you.

If you need to rearrange, or if anything comes up beforehand that you’d like to ask, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
